Mew announced the dates for the North American tour and the list includes two dates (Vancouver and San Fransisco) that we couldn’t find anywhere during the last two days. Just when you thought the ongoing video diary would “only” have them eight chapters (it’s been five months since the last episode), they come up with a new one. Mew recorded a fabulous session for The Alternate Side -radio channel last August and the songs that they played were Silas the Magic Car, New Terrain and Hawaii Dream. The sound quality is excellent and on the aforementioned site you may also listen to a very funny 15-minute interview.

Last week we saw the video premiere of Repeaterbeater and the reception has been marvellous. Some have called it the best music video of the year (so far) and certainly one of the best Mew have ever had. Its predecessor Introducing Palace Players was not quite as appreciated due to the lack of band members
